In the high season and during the school holidays, the villa can only be rented as a whole, and in the early and late season, if you wish, per floor.
Hidden Villa Layout
Main floor
You enter the villa into the spacious kitchen diner, where beautiful crockery and kitchen appliances are available. In the dining room you’ll find a round dining table with 6 comfortable chairs. Next to the kitchen is a living room with a sitting area by the fireplace and digital television with Dutch channels and Netflix and Sonos sound equipment. The dining room has a large sliding door that you can open onto the shaded covered terrace at the front of the house to enjoy beautiful sea views. On the terrace, there is a large dining table and lounge chairs. Also on this floor: two luxurious bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom, the master bedroom with a spacious bath, shower, toilet and double sink. There’s a spacious guest lavatory as well.
The kitchen adjoins directly to the rear part of the garden with the large swimming pool and sun terraces.
One floor up you will find our fitness terrace with an elliptical trainer, weights and yoga mats, so if you wish, a nice way to start your day, waking up and being sporty — with a view of the mountains… There’s also a fully-equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer on this floor.

In the hallway, there’s a staircase that will take you down one level. This floor is equipped with its own kitchen with a nice, spacious dining table, a cosy reading corner, and patio doors that lead out to a terrace with a spacious dining table. From here you walk to the higher part of the garden where the swimming pool is located. On the ground floor, you will find three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double sink, a shower, toilet and a beautiful bath where you can have a lie in and look outside …… wonderfully amazing! There’s a second room with two single beds and a shower, toilet and a large sink. In the third room, there’s a beautiful cork wall, and you will find a large double bed and behind the wall the shower, toilet and double sink. This room has French doors to the garden and a private terrace.
Pool area
The swimming pool, which is 10 x 5 metres, heated in spring and autumn, is surrounded by a sun terrace with comfortable teak loungers, beautiful umbrellas, a Fatboy hammock and a comfortable hanging chair, a very special outdoor shower completes the picture… Here you can also listen to your own favourite music via Sonos. By the pool you’ll find a wooden floating terrace with comfy Fatboys. From the pool and chill-out terrace there’s a spectacular view of the mountains on one side and the sea on the other.
Two to three cars can park inside the gate.
